Kelly Bullard is an International fitness educator and a Zumba® Education Specialist (ZES) since 2009.  She holds degrees in Exercise and Sports Science (Health and Physical Education) and a Master’s degree in Sport Administration.  Her passion, enthusiasm, and experience is for fitness/ dance for people of all ages. Kelly specializes in many of the Zumba Fitness programs and has presented in over 36 countries.  She is in several Zumba DVD’s, including being featured in the Aqua Zumba Vol. 6.  Kelly holds a variety of certifications in many areas of fitness, and is a continuing education provider for AEA, AAAI/ISMA, AFAA & ACE.


 Melissa Albers. 

Ohio-based ICON, Melissa Albers, loves her family, friends and cats (Ernie and Uma Furrman). Melissa aspires to give others the opportunity to let go of their worries and concerns, to be themselves, and to not be afraid of what others think. It excites Melissa that everyone who comes to POUND Pro Training is so full of energy and potential, and she hopes to share her positive energy and her gift for sharing fun through fitness with participants.


Tanci Spencer is the CEO of Turn Up Dance Fitness, a game-changing dance fitness workout with an edge that the fitness world has not yet seen...

As a social media influencer, Tanci has been able to reach thousands with her online workout platform, a subscription service that allows others to Turn Up at home! The subscribers stay long term because the subscription offers so much more than just an array of workouts. Although those could sell standing alone, Tanci brings her service to the next level by staying extremely involved in coaching her members through, not just a Turned Up workout, but a TURNED UP LIFE.

Coined as the “Indian Jane Fonda,” Sarina Jain is the creator of the original Masala Bhangra® DVD series. An AFAA® certified fitness instructor for over 21years, she teaches classes ranging from step aerobics, total body conditioning, and many more. She successfully moves, touches and inspires many people around the world with her knowledge and passion for Bhangra and Bollywood. Recognized as a global game changer, Sarina has over 12 workout videos under her belt with Masala Bhangra® classes offered in over 20 countries around the world.
Although India’s glitzy Bollywood films have featured Bhangra and other folk-dances and music for quite some time, it took a vivacious, young Indian-American fitness instructor to devise the concept of choreographing Bhangra along with modern, funky dance moves to appeal to the American exercise industry. In the process, Jain has impacted the entire fitness industry, and has been heralded in the press throughout the U.S. and around the world.

Jain introduced her Bhangra/Bollywood-style fitness routine to the U.S. with her first workout tape in 1999, and has since directed and produced a total of twelve high-intensity, easy to follow workouts in her Masala Bhangra® DVD series. Born in California, she started leading fitness classes at a very young age, and has been a certified fitness instructor for 21 years. She completed studies in marketing and public relations in Los Angeles, before founding her company, Masala Dance & Fitness, Inc. in 1999. She soon relocated to New York where she successfully cultivated a larger audience for her cross-cultural fitness ideas. In 2010, Jain was the new face for Nestle Fitness throughout Latin America, where 2.6 million cereal boxes include her “Masala Bhangra® Bollywood Style” DVD.
Jain proudly embraces her Indian heritage, and is an active member of the Indian-American community. “People fall in love with the beat of Bhangra,” Jain says, “the music combined with its sensuous, vigorous movements recreates the excitement that an occasion is being celebrated. People have so much fun; they don’t realize they are getting an awesome cardiovascular and muscle-strengthening workout. Bringing Masala Bhangra® to people all over the world is so ratifying—I am absolutely living my dream.”

Jamming successfully for Zumba for 3 plus years, Tricia worked on the side to create her own program, Belly Dancing Body Fitness but was a Zumba presenter at ZINCON in Fla with 2 jam sessions in 2011. Tricia presented Zumba on stage with Beto Perez in Pittsburgh Pa 3 weeks after giving birth to her 4th child in 2012. In 2013 Tricia decided to concentrate solely on Belly Dancing Body Fitness as a new way to empower women. She launched her first instructor training for BDBF in 2014 and continues this day doing trainings around the U.S. BDBF now has 9 sub formats and has been showcase at fitness conventions around the world bringing women to a new sense of passion in fitness, having 120 instructors currently certified, and three new passion trainers doing their own trainings.

Tricia Truax has been studying health and the body since graduating as an RN from OSU in 1996 and adding group fitness to her knowledge becoming certified first in AFAA, to teach fitness classes until current. Getting her license in Zumba in 2006, she was given the rights by Alberto Perlman, CEO of Zumba Fitness the ability to run a “Studio Zumba", one of 3 with the approval to be a part of a pilot program. Leading to an audition for ZES in Miami, quickly turned into becoming one of the first Zumba Jammers instead, while talking about the need for this program to Alberto Perlman {back then it was to be called CHOREO COACH}.

Raj Donald – Kangoo Jumps® International Trainer

Raj has been formally teaching Group X and Fitness Coaching since 2005. Through his experience in the US Marine Corps, Sports and Distance Running, he has discovered that fitness has always been an important part of his life. Raj is an AFAA Certified Group X and Indoor Cycling (Spinning) Instructor.  He is an International Kangoo Jumps Trainer in the KJ licensed programs Kangoo Power, Kangoo Boot Camp, Kangoo Dance, and Kangoo Kick n' Punch.  He instructs Sports Conditioning Running Clinics, RealRyder Indoor Cycling classes, Indoor Cycling Instructor Group Fitness Classes, Indo-Row Rowing and TRX Classes.

“I love this fitness world I'm in! I love training in general! Whether it's business/professional courses, adjunct-faculty in the collegiate setting, or teaching Group Exercise Classes, the classroom is the best place on earth.  Having fun with people while helping them reach their fitness goals thrills me to no end!”

Ritsa Mazur – Kangoo Jumps Instructor – Kangoo Club Ohio

Ritsa fell in love with Kangoo Jumps in 2016 from the very first time she put the boots on and is currently licensed to teach Kangoo Dance PRO™, Power PRO™ and Boot Camp™.  She is ACE Certified and has taught a variety of group and corporate fitness classes in the Northeast Ohio area since 2015 including Kangoo Jumps, Boxing, Strength, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Xtreme Hip Hop Step, OPAcize Dance Fitness and Kettlebell AMPD.

She absolutely loves teaching group fitness classes and seeing her clients achieve results they may have thought were beyond their reach.  She has set out to prove that age is just a number and movement can be the ticket to a long, happy, healthy life.


Born in the city of Cartagena – Colombia, Heidy began her artistic career as a photographic model, which led her to participate in the CARIBBEAN MUSIC FESTIVAL contest winning first place and becoming the queen of the festival in Cartagena. She then traveled to the city of Bogota where she began her career as a professional dancer, dancing with recognized artists in Colombia such as Ivan y sus Band Bam, Jorge Cardenas, and Lady Noriega. In Jakarta – Indonesia, Heidy’s talent as a singer and dancer took center stage with musical bands Latin Blood, and Solid Groove.

International Zumba Presenters Heidy and Armando 

Born in the city of Cartagena – Colombia, which is where Armando took his first steps into the artistic world, dancing in the  streets of the working class in the city of Cartagena, surviving through the danger, or as he says ‘dancing in between the bullets’. Armando started his career as a professional dancer in the city of Bogota, dancing with recognized artists in Colombia such as Amparo Sandino, Jorge Cardenas and Carolina Sabino, while also working in various tv shows as a dancer and choreographer. Armando then ventured out as a rapper/MC with the group B.I.P. (Boys In Party). He later continued his career as a dancer, choreographer and MC in the city of Jakarta – Indonesia with the musical groups, Latin Blood, and Solid Groove.

Ria Martin has worked as a dancer/choreographer for approximately 15 years specializing in various techniques such as Hip Hop, Modern Contemporary, African and Jazz.  She took her first Zumba® class in December 2010 and quickly became a Zumba® instructor, obtaining her instructor’s license in November 2011 and became a ZJ in 2015   

Ria is passionate about dance and hopes to inspire others through her instruction.

Dr. Stephanie Duffey is a licensed physical therapist. She graduated from The Ohio State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017. Since then, she has worked in outpatient orthopedics and now owns her own concierge practice, Empower Physio and Wellness. Dr. Stephanie has a passion for helping active people stay active, working with runners, and empowering people to overcome injuries so they can perform like they never thought possible. This was built from overcoming her own running-related injuries. In her free time, she loves running, yoga, strength training, cooking, tacos, and exploring new places.

Phil Weeden 

Certified personal trainer, former bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast, Phil originally got into fitness to transform his own body and soon discovered a passion for helping others reach their health and wellness goals. He is the creator and founder of the smash hit cardio step aerobic class, Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil, as well as Xtreme Burn and the X30 Challenge. Phil guarantees if you try just one of his programs, you won't leave the same! 


Katy Morrow

I grew up in South America always dancing and I was always very active through out high school. I participated in every sport I could. When I graduated from college, I was looking for something I would enjoy. Swerk was the perfect combination of intensity and fun that I needed.  My first Swerk class was magical and life changing. I still remember it. Six months later I was struck with the desire to become an instructor. I wanted to spread the joy and empowerment of Swerk. It’s been all the sweat and booty shaking since then! Swerk has also allowed me to meet other women with similar hustle and sass and it’s been life changing. After a Swerk class you’ll feel stronger, more fierce, and like a boss!
